I am the father of a 4 year old boy. My wife Ashley has custody of him right now, but she works midnight shift at wal-wart and her boyfriend works midnight shift a kogers my son spends the night at her boyfriends mom and dads home when they work they both work tueday and threw sunday morning. I get my son on Fridays after he gets out of pre-school but they pick him up there on Fridays but the rest of the week her boyfriends parents pick him up and take him to their home. I am in college during the day while he would be in pre-school can i get full custody of my son, because he dose not stay at my ex-wifes home when her and her boyfriend work. So can i get full custody in the state of WV

I am going to college and i do not have a job right now can i get my child support lowered. I am behined 5 months and i do feel bad as a father. My mother gave me a car when i was married with my wife and it was in both of our names on the title it said Edward C. Hurd or Ashley D. Atha-Hurd. She moved in with another man that had a car and i did not have a car so i went to the dmv and got the title in my name and got the car key and went and got it should i have to pay her for the car that my mother gave me. I pay her $100.00 a month for the car when it was given to me.

Question: In the State of Texas if one were to get divorced for a second time, what would be the maximum amount of money that could be ordered to pay? Or does it continue on a separate new case and the amount to be ordered to pay could also equal the amount as on the first divorce?
