Although the Covid-19 outbreak has resulted in limited in-person hearings or trials, and reduced hours,  the courts are still open. The process for court filings has remained unchanged.  Courts are handling emergency and public health issues on an in-person basis.

Courts are still ruling on motions in a timely manner.  Other matters  are being handled by telephone hearings, mediations, or at the judge’s discretion.

The courts are constantly evaluating the best way to handle all legal issues during this trying time.
