Although the Courts don’t usually split the parenting time equally, men are getting 35% to 40% of the time in a lot of cases. The amount of parenting time will depend on the relationship that you have already established with your children, how much time you have routinely spent with them, their ages and if they are old enough, and their desires will be taken into consideration.
